Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a "bag"?
A tied, standard 13-gallon trash bag with no rips or tears — about 2 loads.
What if my bag is packaged wrong?
We may not be able to accept overstuffed, ripped, or untied bags. If a bag needs to be split into two, it'll be charged as two bags.
What time should I have my bag(s) out?
By 9am on your pickup day. Pickups occur between 9am–12pm.
What's the turnaround time?
48 hours, for both standalone and bundled-with-cleaning pickups.
What washing supplies are included?
Free & clear detergent is included with every bag. Add-ons (scent beads, Tide, sanitizer) are available for a small additional fee.
When is payment due?
Standalone bookings: paid online at time of booking. Bundled with cleaning: invoiced with your regular cleaning service.
How do I cancel or reschedule a pickup?
Text or call us by 5pm the day before your scheduled pickup — no fee. Cancellations made the same day as pickup are subject to a $10 same-day fee.
What items can't you wash?
Dry-clean-only items, delicates (silk, lace, wool), down comforters/pillows, leather, and heavily soiled items. We also cannot accept items contaminated with blood, urine, feces, bugs, or hazardous chemicals — accidental contamination may be accepted case-by-case for an added sanitization fee
